MIND YOUR SLEEP SCHEDULE
I sometimes used to wonder at my mother getting up at 5.am without any alarm.But I later came to know that there is a part of our brain that controls wake and sleep pattern.See that it does not get disturbed.If you are a late sleeper or an early riser continue it.If you disturb your sleep cycle you will always feel drowsy besides reducing your efficiency.
